Raised in the Riverina Region of NSW, Dave Skow started his real estate career in 2001 and has held roles in sales and property management, franchise management and training for the Real Estate Institute New South Wales.
After opening Wagga Property Management as a sole operator in January 2014, Dave achieved phenomenal growth, listing over 900 managements in less than 5 years of operation.
In late 2018, Dave was given the opportunity to purchase the RE/MAX Elite office, a strategic acquisition and merger which has allowed for further rent roll growth, as well as the addition of a market leading sales team.
As Director of RE/MAX Elite, Dave now oversees the running of the entire operation, leading a team of property management and sales professionals, while still enjoying the continued growth of his business.
Passionate about business development & growth, Dave is also called upon regularly to impart his knowledge and experience to other operators and has presented at property management and real estate conferences and events across the country.
Hannah has worked in the industry since 2008 as a property manager, business development manager and currently as the Managing Director for Independent in Canberra.
In her four years in business development, Hannah listed over 1,700 properties and received award recognition at a state and national level, including REIACT Property Manager of the Year twice, REIA Property Manager of the year in 2014, LPMA’s Excellence in Business Development in 2014 & 2015 and Excellence in Leadership in 2018.
Overseeing rent rolls across 2 different brands and managing a large team, Hannah is passionate about leadership, mentoring and professional growth. One to practice what she preaches, she has completed her Diploma in Leadership & Management, Cert IV in Training & Assessment and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.
Hannah consults to agencies through her second business, Gill & Hooper, and speaks at conferences across Australia on topics of rent roll growth, goal setting, leadership, client experience, innovation, technology and property management best practice.
Sarah has become a well-known and respected face in the Australian Property Management world, having been personally nominated for the 2018 LPMA Leadership Excellence award. She and her team at Melbourne Property Managers successfully went on to win the award for Excellence in Innovation from LPMA on awards night in 2018. Sarah is a young go getter in the industry, with an eye for detail, a vision for innovative technology and a laser focus on working smarter, not harder. Having worked her way up through the business since 2011 and excelling at each point, Sarah took on the role of Company Leader in 2017 at Melbourne Property Managers, the youngest Leader in the company’s history. Since taking over Sarah and her team have turned the company upside down with the use of innovative technology, having implemented NPS, Trello, Virtual 360 Tours, Slack, Electronic Agreements and transferred to Cloud Based products as well as employing 3 VA’s.
Sarah is known for being refreshingly honest when sharing her case studies and won’t just share the triumphs but also the mistakes and pitfalls made along the way.
In the property industry, Kasey is synonymous with Property Management excellence. Having started her career in real estate industry in the late 1990s, she has gone on to become one of the most highly regarded Property Management Consultants across Australia, New Zealand and the US.
With a reputation built on professionalism and bottom-line results, she is trained in Best Practice Systems and can revolutionise and streamline internal property management procedures to encourage steady growth and better profitability. Kasey has introduced better practices, training and system implementation to more than 200 real estate offices around the globe.
Her ongoing support, training, auditing and re-structuring strategies promote increases to bottom-line profits and efficiencies in poorly performing offices. From her experience as a real estate business owner herself where she organically grew her rent roll from zero to 227 in 3 years, and she has a thorough understanding of the key operations for any successful real estate business.
Kasey has the experience and results to equip business owners with the tools they need to efficiently run their real estate business for better future profitability. As the director of the Property Management Training Academy, Kasey assists some of the country’s leading real estate groups and is a sought-after keynote speaker both here and abroad including New Zealand and the USA.
Commentator, agitator, and innovator, Sarah Bell is a co-founder of the proptech startup AIRE, Artificial Intelligence for Real Estate. She helps real estate businesses to solve the problems of cost and scale by upskilling existing resources as well as helping them transition to digital resources using AIRE’s digital employee, RITA.

Suzannah Toop is Chief Executive Officer at Toop&Toop Real Estate. Having worked at AMP Capital in property funds management in Sydney, she returned to Adelaide in 2012 and commenced working in her family business, Toop&Toop Real Estate.
Toop&Toop is widely acknowledged as the leading independent real estate agency in South Australia. Since starting in 1985, they have set the standards not only in the real estate industry for innovation, marketing and communications but have also been recognised outside of the industry for outstanding customer service, quality assurance and business excellence.

I attend conferences all throughout the year. PMLR is intimate, relevant and it is definitely the best conference I’ve attended.
