The humans v robot debate is an unhelpful one stemming from flawed thinking that either a computer OR a human will complete work in the future. The very best outcomes are achieved when human and machine work in partnership, harnessing the distinct power of their respective artificial or genuine intelligence. Going far beyond chatbots, Sarah is your guide to the strategic application of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Automation to the real estate context. Join us to understand the future of work and what is possible when we connect humans to computers in a way that is powerful than ever before.
Overflowing inboxes, high stress, high staff turnover and a culture that lacked accountability, this was the property management environment at Toop&Toop in 2013. Fast-forward to today and we have happy, healthy team members and a profitable business that focuses on our people and our clients. We are high tech, high touch and we always dream of a better way. Then we make it happen. During this session I’ll share how we turned our PM business around, the lessons learned and where we see the future of PM heading.
